The PTP students will be travelling to Toronto on Sunday March 25, 2012 for the performance of "the Seagull".
The following is the itinerary for QBSC's upcoming trip to Toronto on March 25, 2012:
9:00am Bus departs QBSC

11:30-12:45pm Lunch - Shopsy's
12:55- 4:15 pm National Ballet of Canada
4:30-5:00pm Bus Ride Home - stopping for dinner on 401

Easter Weekend
There will be no classes for Professional Training Students on Friday, April 6, Saturday, April 7, and Monday, April 9, 2012. Classes will resume on Tuesday, April 10, 2012.
Umbrella Dance Program will be closed on Friday, April 6. Classes are per the schedule on Saturday, April 7 and Monday, April 9.

QBSC's Spring Showcase Saturday May 26, 2012 will be held at Centennial Secondary School (160 Palmer Rd. Belleville).
Spring Showcase is always an exciting time for the students as they have the opportunity to work with both choreographers and teachers on a mixed program of various repertoire and new choreography. These popular performances showcase the professional students as the culmination of their year’s work comes to fruition.

Summer Dance Camp Registration Day Albert College July 01, 2012
Sunday, July 1 ~ “Registration Day” When to Arrive: All students registered from July 2 – 13 and from July 2 - 27 are to arrive at Albert College (160 Dundas Street West) in the Walter Baker Common Room between the hours of 1:00pm and 4:00pm. During this time, paper work will be finalized and residence/room assignments will be provided. Weekly dance schedules and name tags will also be handed out. Day students are encouraged to finalize registration at Albert College on this day. Otherwise, the student and parent/guardian must finalize registration through the QBSC administrative office prior to the start of the student’s first class. Students enrolled in the last two-weeks of the PIP or OP are asked to contact QBSC’s administrative office prior to June 15 to coordinate their day and time of arrival, whether a day or residential student. Tour of QBSC Facilities: Staff and members of the Board of Directors will be on hand to give tours of QBSC between 1:30pm–3:30pm for families who would like a tour of the facilities. Welcome Dinner for All Students: At 5:00pm on registration day there will be a “welcome” dinner for all students and residential staff at the Albert College dining hall. The rest of the evening will be free to allow the residential students time to settle in and get to know their roommates, houseparent(s) and counselors. Day students are invited to attend this dinner, which should last approximately 1 hour.

Summer Dance 2011 comes to a close.
On the last afternoon of Summer Dance 2012, all of the students will participate in a showing of classes and choreography that has been worked on throughout the previous four weeks. Family and friends of the students are invited to the performance, which is held at Centennial Secondary School, located adjacent to QBSC.
