Adult Classes

The Adult Program offers exceptional instruction from professional teachers and leaders in their field, live musical accompaniment and state-of-the-art facilities. The program tailors the curriculum according to the level and desire of each person attending.Whether you have dance training or are an absolute beginner, there will be something in the program for you to choose from.

Adult classes are open to individuals 16 and up. The classes are interactive and they are a great way to stay in shape. We look forward to seeing you in class!

Adult Beginner Ballet

Beginner level class teaching classical ballet technique combined with basic barre exercises to improve posture, balance and core strengthening.

Duration:  60 minutes

Adult Ballet 2

Intermediate level for those with basic classical ballet technique.

Duration:  60 minutes

Adult Contemporary

A basic contemporary dance technique that enhances fitness, flexibility and strength while incorporating a more organic and expressive approach to dance.  A great complement to Adult Ballet 1.

Duration:  45 minutes

Adult Beginner Tap

Covering basic tap steps and simple combinations, this class is for students with minimal to no experience or for those who haven’t tapped in years.

Duration:  45 minutes

Adult Tap 1

For adult tappers with one or more years’ experience.  Enjoy light choreography, fun new moves and great exercise for those gams!

Duration:  45 minutes

Adult Fiesta Fitness

An upbeat and fun dance/exercise class for those wanting a little more sweat in their workout.  Similar to Zumba and conveniently scheduled opposite Saturday’s Junior Dance 1 and 2!
