TUITION
Tuition includes the Registration Fee, Class Fee and Performance Fee.
REGISTRATION FEE
The Registration Fee is an annual fee of $30 per Family due at time of registration.
No discounts will be applied to this one time annual fee.
CLASS FEES
The Class Fees are determined by the class length for the entire year. Payment can be made in full at the time of registration or in our 3 Equal Payments Plan. Payments must be up-to-date for students to participate in class &/or performances. If payment of class fees are made in full on or before Sept 12th, a 10% discount will be applied.
3 Equal Payments Plan: Class Fee(s) & Performance Fee(s) can be made in 3 equal payments, due on or before: 1st: September 9th, 2024, 2nd: Jan 6th, 2025, 3rd: March 17th, 2025. Post dated cheques or credit card information must be provided.
Discounts are available for:
Multiple Classes: Individual students enrolled in 2 or more classes receive a 5% discount off of their Class Fees. Individual students enrolled in 4 or more classes receive a 10% discount off their Class Fees.
OR
Family Discount: Multiple family members enrolled in 2 or more classes combined receive a 5% discount off of their class fees. Multiple family members enrolled in 4 or more classes combined receive a 10% discount off of their class fees.
OR
Class Fees paid in full by September 2nd will receive a 10% discount.
**10% is the maximum discount available for Class Fees**
PERFORMANCE FEE
The Performance Fee includes costume rental & cleaning, theatre rental, production costs, as well as dress and tech/spacing rehearsals. All performance fees are per student and are due at time of registration. Performance fees are non-refundable and can be included in the 3 Equal Payments Plan. Performance fees are not included in the ‘available discounts’. All ADP classes participate in the Assemblé as part of their training experience. Petites Assemblés Program & Adult classes are exempt from the Performance Fee unless they are included in Assemblé performance.
$100 for 1st class/per student + $30 for each additional class/per student.

WEATHER EVENTS
From time to time QBSC is affected by weather events. For the safety of our staff and students, we will close QBSC studio’s if there is significant weather such as excessive snow or ice rain. On these rare occasions we may be able to provide Zoom classes as a substitute but we can not guarantee this service. You will receive an email with cancellation information in addition to us posting closure information on Instagram.
